Terms of Service

By using Vahti, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

The service

Vahti monitors publicly available competitor data (websites, blogs, review platforms, job postings, and news) and delivers AI-synthesized weekly briefings. We scrape only public information — we do not access private systems, login-protected pages, or confidential data.

Your account

You're responsible for your account and the competitor data you enter. Don't share your account credentials. One account per person — don't create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.

Billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your account settings or Stripe's customer portal. When you cancel:

• You keep access until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds for partial months
• Your data is deleted within 30 days after your subscription ends

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes don't affect your current billing period.

Free trial

New accounts get a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. At the end of the trial, you'll need to subscribe to continue receiving digests. We don't auto-charge you.

Acceptable use

Don't use Vahti to:

• Monitor individuals (it's for companies, not people)
• Circumvent access controls on competitor websites
• Resell digest data as your own product
• Overload our systems with automated requests

Data accuracy

Vahti uses AI to analyze competitor data. AI analysis may contain errors or misinterpretations. Digests are informational — verify important findings before making business decisions based on them. We don't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any analysis.

Limitation of liability

Vahti is provided "as is." We're not liable for business decisions made based on our analysis, downtime, data loss, or any indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
